Welcome.  As of November 2008, Bill is currently living in Bolivia and finishing a book about the Soft World, those stubborn pockets of humanity and culture that are quietly resisting globalization's homogenizing forces.

Thanks so much to everyone who came out to Bill’s New York City events at KGBs, The Political Salon / World Policy Institute, and the Backspace Writers Conference.

Bill is booked to speak and teach at the following writers conferences in 2009:

  • Ann Arbor Festival of the Book (5/15/2009, Ann Arbor, MI)
  • Green Mountain Writers Conference (7/28 to 8/1,Tinmouth, VT)
